Note: Gel times are with Rishabh Ancillaries A3021 and C3013 in 1.5:1.5, A3021 is 3% Cobalt solution, C3013 is 50% MEKP. *2.5:2.5 of A3021 and C3013. ** In Addition to 1.5 phr of A3021 and 1.5 phr of A3013 add 1.5 phr of A3027. A3027 is 8% DMA solution. All liquid resin properties are tested as per IS: 6746, actual values can vary within the standard tolerances as per IS: 6746.
The above resins have to be stored in cool and dry atmosphere away from direct sunlight/heat. They have limited shelf life and it decreases with increase in storage temperature. Standard pack sizes are 35 kg & 200 kg & 225 kg. The above are the standard grades. Resins can be formulated for any desired properties not covered above. |
