HIGH BONDINGLIQUID BINDER RESIN RESIN FOR BRAKE LININGS APPLICATIONS
INTRODUCTION: RBR-100 is a functionalized polymer resin obtained by reaction with formalin in Acidic media. This is based on Cashew Nut Shell Liquid with high bonding used for manufacture of friction elements such as brake linings and clutch facings along with Asbestos, Fillers and friction dust.
COMPATIBILITY: RBR-100 is compatible with Phenolic, Epoxy and Alkyd resins.
SOLUBILITY: RBR-100 is soluble in White Spirit (MTO), Xylene, Ester, Ketonic solvents, etc.
